grazie all’esperienza di oltre 50 anni di Hotellerie, abbiamo riesaminato ogni aspetto della nostra ospitalità, in modo da poter garantire che ogni momento di un soggiorno all’ Apollo possa essere un’esperienza piacevole e sicura. Per noi è importante offrire sicurezza e serenità ai nostri Ospiti, di seguito alcune delle nostre novità ed accorgimenti che attueremo a partire da questa estate:

Staff Training
Un addestramento adeguato per tutto il nostro Staff ed un Monitoraggio Quotidiano dello stato di salute al fine di ridurre ogni rischio di contagio.
A good training for all our Staff and a daily monitoring of the state of health in order to reduce any risk of contagion.
Igienizzazione della Camera con tanto di sigillo e degli Ambienti comuni
Sanitization with Seal of the Rooms and the Common Areas
Pulizia tradizionale con aggiunta di igienizzazione di ogni superficie. Dalle Camere, alla cucina e in tutti gli ambienti comuni verrà effettuato un sistema diligente di igienizzazione quotidiano. Il lavaggio e la disinfezione della biancheria saranno certificati. Nel lasso di tempo compreso tra le 8.30 e le 14:30 svolgeremo le pulizie della camera, per una maggiore tutela potrete richiedere di sostituire la toilettatura per il bagno e/o per i letti evitando l’accesso della dipendente nella camera. Una sanitizzazione della camera supplettiva con appositi macchinari sarà disponibile su richiesta al costo di 10 euro.
Traditional cleaning with added sanitization of each surface. From the Rooms to the kitchen and in all common areas will be carried out a diligent system of daily sanitation. Washing and disinfection of linen will be certified. In the period between 8.30 and 14:30 we will perform the cleaning of the room, for greater protection you can request to replace the toilet for the bathroom and/ or beds avoiding the access of the employee in the room. A sanitization of the supplementary room with special machines will be available on request at a cost of 10 euros.

Un servizio organizzato in modo da garantire il distanziamento adeguato. Finalmente è nuovamente possibile offrire i nostri tradizionali buffet in sicurezza e senza disservizi per godere di tutto ciò che desiderate.
Alle colazioni si entrerà evitando l’assembramento al “buffet” rispettando le misure minime richieste di 1 MT entrando con la propria mascherina ed igienizzandosi le mani all'ingresso.
A service organized in order to ensure the appropriate distance : Now it is possible to offer our traditional buffet in safety and without outages.
At breakfast, you will enter at the “buffet” respecting the minimum required distance of 1 MT entering with your mask reaching and using the gel.

Il nostro Hotel effettua solamente un servizio di Pernottamento e Colazione tutto l'anno quindi invitiamo i nostri Ospiti a prenotare uno dei tantissimi ristoranti di Riccione e della Riviera, godendo anche dei loro dehors in tute le stagioni....Per qualsiasi refernza saremo lieti di consigliare i locali mondani o tra i piu' caratteristici della Riviera Romagnola.
Our Hotel offers only a Bed and Breakfast service all year round so we invite our Guests to book one of the many restaurants in Riccione and the Riviera, also enjoying their outdoor areas in all seasons .... For any reference we will be happy to recommend the fashionable clubs or among the most characteristic ones of the Romagna Riviera..

Comodamente da casa, potrete inviarci al momento della conferma via mail la scansione fronte/retro dei documenti di identità. Prima della Vostra partenza e dell'arrivo in Hotel, Vi chiediamo cortesemente di attenerVi alle disposizione attuali ( come le eventuali dotazioni D.P.I ) consigliate dalle Autorità ( ISS e Ministero della Salute ) al fine di verificare il Vostro stato e quello dei Vostri "compagni di viaggio" ( Familiari, Congiunti anche minori ed Amici ) e qualora rilevaste anomalie siete invitati a seguire le procedure previste.
Easily from home, you can send us at the time of confirmation by email the front/back scan of identity documents. Before your departure and arrival at the hotel, we kindly ask you to comply with the current provisions (such as any DPI equipment) recommended by the Authorities (ISS and Ministry of Health) in order to verify your status and that of your "companions of travel "(Family members, also minors and friends) and if you detect anomalies you are invited to follow the procedures provided

Le camere saranno pronte dalle ore 15:00 ( orario previsto per il Check In ) e vi verranno consegnate le chiavi igienizzate (che terrete con voi per tutta la durata del soggiorno e che riconsegnerete solo al momento del check out) , oltre ad indicare l’orario di colazione in sala.
The rooms will be ready from 15:00 hours ( check in time ) and you will be given the keys sanitized (that you will keep with you for the duration of your stay and that you will return only at check out time) as well as indicating your preference time for having breakfast in the dining room.
Check Out
Al momento del Check Out : si consegneranno le chiavi della camera ed eventuale chiave elettronica del garage al ricevimento che provvederà alla igienizzazione per il prossimo ospite. Il pagamento del soggiorno e di eventuali extra o tassa di soggiorno dovrà essere effettuato dalla sera prima entro le ore 21:00, onde evitare assembramenti il giorno della partenza.
At the time of Check Out : delivery of the room keys and any electronic key of the garage to the reception that will provide sanitization for the next guest. The payment of the stay and any extras or tourist tax must be made from the evening before by 9:00 pm at the latest, in order to avoid crowded line the day of departure.

La Direzione per il servizio spiaggia si limita a segnalare il lido 101-102 Lido delle Sirene, proprio di fronte all’ Hotel, pertanto il servizio dovrà essere prenotato dall’Ospite e concordato direttamente con il gestore del Bagno che provvederà a fornire tariffe e direttive per la gestione della permanenza in Spiaggia.
Lido delle Sirene è dotato di vasche idromassaggio, piccola piscina, palestra, Internet Wi-fi gratis e tante altre attrazioni.

The Direction of the Hotel, for the beach service is limited to signal the lido 117 Alba d’Oro, right in front of the Hotel, therefore the service must be booked by the Guest and agreed directly with the Beach Manager that will provide rates and guidelines for the management of the stay at the Beach.
The Lido delle Sirene 101-102 , just in front of the Hotel, is equipped with hot tubs, a beautiful pool for children and adults, Wi-Fi Free, umbrellas where are allowed company of dogs and cats and many other attractions. Sea Beach:

Riservando il Posto auto nel parcheggio esterno adiacente all’Hotel oppure nel garage sotterraneo a 250 metri di distanza . . . si potranno scaricare i bagagli davanti all'hotel e parcheggiare l’auto in totale autonomia.
By reserving the parking space in the outdoor car park adjacent to the hotel or in the underground garage 250 meters away . . . you can unload your luggage in front of the hotel and park your car in total autonomy.
Per permettere tutto questo abbiamo bisogno anche del fondamentale contributo dei nostri Ospiti rispettando delle semplici regole in base alle indicazioni suggerite e talora imposte dalle Autorità nell’osservanza anche delle consuetudini ormai alla base della vita quotidiana di ciascuna persona in particolar modo applicate per garantire il rispetto del prossimo attraverso il “ distanziamento sociale”.:
To allow all this procedures we also need the contribution of our guests respecting the simple guidelines as per ministerial dispositions also in compliance with the customs now at the basis of each person's daily life, especially applied to ensure respect for others through "social distancing":
1. Portare con se tutti i presidi di protezione di legge ( DPI ) necessari per tutto l’arco del vostro soggiorno : Mascherine, guanti in lattice e gel sanificanti a norma.
2. Consigliamo di usare piccoli bagagli a mano oppure a ruota da maneggiare direttamente Voi senza l’ausilio del personale d’albergo o di carrelli comuni
3. Parcheggiare la vostra auto autonomamente
4. Le chiavi della camera o per chi prenoterà il posto auto nel garage le chiavi elettroniche, vi verranno consegnate igienizzate e potrete tenerle con voi per tutto il soggiorno fino alla mattina della ripartenza.
5. In caso di necessità un termoscan alla Reception sarà sempre disponibile per misurare la temperatura corporea.
6. Durante la permanenza in Hotel qualora riscontraste una anomalia nel vostro stato di salute si prega di non uscire dalla stanza e di contattare subito il ricevimento al numero 0541 64 75 80.
1. Bring with you all the legal protection (DPI ) required throughout your stay : Face Masks, latex gloves and sanitizing gels according to standard.
2. We recommend to use small hand luggage or wheeled luggage to handle yourself without the help of hotel staff or common trolleys
3. Park your car yourself
4. The Room Key or the Eletronic Key (for those who book the parking space in the garage), will be delivered sanitized and you can keep them with you throughout your stay until the morning of the departure.
5. A thermoscan at the Reception will always be available to measure the body temperature.

AVVERTENZA sugli insetti presenti a Riccione
Si avvisano i gentili Ospiti che in estate dopo forti piogge e temporali, oppure anche alla sera con temperature elevate ed in presenza di afa, è consigliabile tenere chiusa la finestra della propria camera in quanto, dai giardini/aiuole sul lungomare, insetti quali la “Zanzara Tigre” o i “ Carabidi delle ombrellifere ( appartenenti alla famiglia dei Fenicotteri volanti con fisionomia simile agli Scarafaggi, ma che nulla hanno in comune con questi ultimi)”, vengono attratti dalla luce o dal fresco degli ambienti, pertanto potrebbero volare all’interno delle camere creando fastidi o disagi che prescindono dalla organizzazione dell’Hôtel.Chiediamo comunque di essere informati in merito per consentirci di contattare l’Ente comunale preposto alla bonifica del territorio.
